These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of collegecrewsales.com and any related recruiting, scheduling, communications, and informational services provided by College Fund Washing LLC, doing business as College Crew Sales ("College Crew Sales," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website, submitting information, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2. Purpose of the Website

The website provides information about commission-based sales opportunities and allows prospective applicants to learn about the role, communicate with our team, and request consideration or an interview. Website content is provided for general informational and recruiting purposes only.

3. Eligibility and Applicant Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application, participate in our recruiting process, or enroll in our SMS program. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and not to impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee an interview, offer, territory, assignment, earnings, or engagement of any kind. We may accept, reject, pause, or discontinue consideration at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

When you expressly opt in, College Crew Sales may send text messages relating to recruiting inquiries, application status, interview scheduling and reminders, follow-up communications, and support. If you separately consent to promotional messaging, we may also send information about current opportunities. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of applying, interviewing, or receiving services.

Opt-In

Opt-in may be collected through our website, chat widget, connected lead forms, or another consent mechanism that clearly identifies College Crew Sales and describes the messages requested. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and authorize us to send messages to that number, including through automated technology where permitted.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, application status, and scheduled interviews. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.

Cancellation Instructions

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will then receive no further SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLEGE FUND WASHING LLC, DOING BUSINESS AS COLLEGE CREW SALES, AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, COMMUNICATIONS, OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Any legal proceeding not subject to another valid dispute-resolution agreement must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the website, except where a separate written agreement applies.
